The service. Functimer is a workout timer app for iOS published by All Things Yellow BV, Belgium. Smart input features (photo, voice, text parsing) are metered: 2 free parses per rolling 7-day window.
Functimer Pro. An auto-renewing subscription ($3.99/month or $9.99/year via the App Store) unlocks unlimited smart parses. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Apple’s standard EULA applies.
Fitness disclaimer. Functimer is a timer, not a coach. Consult a professional before starting any exercise program; you train at your own risk.
Acceptable use. Don’t reverse-engineer the app or abuse the parsing service (automated or bulk requests).
Warranty & liability. The app is provided “as is”; to the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties and limit liability to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
Governing law. Belgian law applies.
